Day 1 –The Slow Burn Begins

Bienvenidos a Havana.
Upon arrival at José Martí International Airport, you'll be greeted by your local guide and transferred to your luxury Cuban casa, where the rhythm of Havana begins just beyond your doorstep.
Welcome Dinner at Chef Ivan’s El Carbon Restaurant
Pamper your senses with an outstanding, family style welcome dinner. The menu includes typical Cuban dishes like "arroz con pollo" and "masitas de cerdo." Chef Ivan uses new recipe ideas from his travels around the world to create his flavorful "Cuban fusion" cuisine. Join the list of many happy clients including the King of Spain, Will Smith, Ben Affleck, Penelope Cruz, and others!
As night falls, witness
Havana's legendary Cannon Fire Ceremony, Take a drive to the fairgrounds of Castillo de San Carlos de la Cabaña. A spectacular sunset and view of the city awaits you. Meet tourists and locals who visit the fort to witness the unique tradition of the Cannon Fire Ceremony. Since the 1700's, this event has taken place at 9 pm, signifying the closing of the city doors.
Following the ceremony, enjoy time to browse
local artisan vendors before returning to your accommodations and settling in for the days ahead.

Day 2 – Havana in Full Color

Today is all about experiencing Havana's color, character, and timeless charm.
The morning begins aboard Havana's iconic vintage convertibles Ride with class in one of our colorful, classic convertibles in Havana. For one hour, you will ride along Old Havana and the Havana Malecon. Along the way, enjoy a professional photoshoot designed to capture the spirit, style, and energy of your Havana journey.
We'll continue into the heart of Old Havana; The eclectic Plaza Vieja is surrounded by colorful colonial buildings. The oversized Carrara dominates the center of the plaza. Great place for photos!
The plaza San Francisco de Asis features the Basilica Menor San Francisco de Asis, the boutique Hotel del Marques de San Felipe and Santiago de Bejucal, and the Chamber of Commerce.
Lunch at Mojito, Mojito Restaurant.
Delight in authentic Cuban cuisine while enjoying the energy of the plaza.
Enjoy live music while you shop for souvenirs and art. Browse the celebrated Almacenes San José Artisan Market, home to local artists, handcrafted treasures, music, and one-of-a-kind souvenirs.
The Plaza the Armas houses the Hotel Santa Isabel, the Templete Monument and the Castillo de la Fuerza Real.
The Cathedral Church dominates this Plaza, but you can also discover restaurants and small museums within the square. Hemingway’s Bodeguita del Medio is a “most stop,” for a mojito and to leave your name on one of the street walls.
This evening, Havana turns up the elegance.
Following dinner at Mercaderes Restaurant , enjoy a spectacular cabaret performance featuring the music, dance, and cultural traditions that have made Cuban entertainment famous around the world.

Day 3 – Tobacco Country
Viñales Valley • Tobacco Heritage • Cuban Traditions
Today, we leave the city behind and journey into the rolling countryside of Viñales Valley, home to some of the world's most celebrated tobacco fields and the birthplace of Cuba's legendary cigar culture.
Surrounded by dramatic limestone formations, fertile farmland, and timeless rural landscapes, you'll experience a side of Cuba that few travelers ever see.
Our day includes a visit to an authentic tobacco plantation, where generations of farmers have perfected the craft of growing and curing tobacco. Learn about the traditions, techniques, and history behind Cuba's most iconic export while meeting the families who continue this remarkable legacy today.
The Viñales Valley's landscape is an impressive ecological site. For instance, the valley is dotted with stand-alone rock formations called "mogotes." Also, the Viñales area is one of Cuba’s most fertile areas, where some of the world’s best tobacco is grown. Tour the valley by foot or horseback to a tobacco plantation.
Learn how tobacco is grown and roll your own cigar! Discover the Indian Cave and the Prehistoric Mural. Savor a "criollo" lunch at one of Viñales private restaurant.
After a day immersed in culture, craftsmanship, and Cuban tradition, we'll return to Havana in the late afternoon.

Day 4 – Time to Unwind
Mojito and Cigar Experience
Today is dedicated to free Day to Explore on Your Own (No car and guide Included).
Explore the property and gain insight into the life in Havana.
Next, there will be a pick up at 6:00 pm for Mojito Class and Cigar at the rooftop to have a toast to Havana's enduring spirit.
We will reflect on the stories, connections, and moments that have made this journey unforgettable during Dinner.
Today reminds us that Havana is more than a destination—it's a story still being told.
Day 5 – Journey to Cuba's Jewel
Day Tour to Varadero town with Lunch
Pick up at 8:00 am.
Varadero is one of Cuba's jewels, a charming town known for its powder white sand beaches and laid-back atmosphere. The ride will take about two hours.
On the way to Varadero, we will stop at the impressive Bacunayagua look-out point and take in a panoramic view of the Matanzas province. Once in Varadero, delight in lunch at the beach
Then, enjoy Varadero town and Last, visit the town and connect with local vendors.
Return to Havana in the late afternoon.
A perfect ending to a remarkable Havana Slow Burn.
Day 6 – Until Next Time, Havana
Departure • Private Airport Transfer
This morning, enjoy one final breakfast as Havana slowly awakens around you.
As your Havana Slow Burn comes to a close, you'll be transferred to José Martí International Airport for your journey home, with assistance provided throughout the departure process. Please be aware that check-in is two and a half hours prior to departure time.
While the journey may be ending, the memories are just beginning — the conversations shared, the traditions discovered, the friendships formed, and the stories collected along the way.
