When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates.
- Roommate Matching is available. Enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form where it asks for your roommate’s name. Roommates will not be matched until 60 days prior to departure.
- You should plan to arrive in Dubai on December 5, 2026.You will fly into and depart from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
- Your full itinerary will be emailed 60 days prior to departure to help you plan your free time and prepare for this unforgettable experience.
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions
- All of your payments made to Ultimate Soul Escape are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued passport
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
