You are automatically enrolled in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you’ve already invested for your getaway is even worse. Therefore, trip insurance is highly recommended.
• You can purchase travel insurance independently using Travel Guard.

• Have a chat with your assigned roommate at least twice before the trip.
• If possible, set a date to meet at least once before the trip.
• Be respectful of your roommate’s space and belongings.
• Pickup after yourself.

• Address issues directly and with kindness.
• Do not let a difference of opinion ruin your vacation vibe.

When you book, we will send you an email asking if you are interested in the roommate matching program and you will receive a form to fill.

• Traveling to Barbados requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon.
• Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at 833escape2@gmail.com
• If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
• When booking your flight, you will fly into Grantley Adams International Airport Barbados (BGI).
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify The Ultimate Soul Escape of all email address and mailing address changes.
• You MUST purchase your own flight to BGI Barbados before August 21st, 2026 in order for your shuttle to be coordinated. There will be a $50 fee incurred should flight details are not furnished by this time.
• Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort.
• When entering your flight information please be sure to enter your arrival time, flight number, and airline name. We do not require layover or connecting flight information.

• You will be asked to provide a valid credit card and your passport/government-issued ID upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200 USD, which will be reimbursed to you upon check-out. Before checking out, make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt. 

  A Tourism Guest Levy will be used for destination development and community support on the island. A fee of $9.73 USD per room, per night will be applied. The Tourism Guest Levy will be collected via credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions
• All of your payments made to Ultimate Soul Escape are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued passport
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Late payments will be applied.
